Open Houses Scheduled For Solon Preschool

SOLON, OH — The Solon Schools Preschool will host an open house on Jan. 18 and Jan. 19. The school is looking for students, ages 3-5, to be peer models in the inclusion preschool program.

The event on Jan. 18 runs from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Jan. 19 event runs from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Both will be held at the preschool at 33425 Arthur Road.

During the open house, parents will learn about the educational experience available in the program. There are limited spaces available for students looking to enroll in the 2018-2019 school year.

The Solon Schools Preschool is a 5 Star Step Up to Quality Award winner. A spokesperson for the district said the preschool has:

• State licensed preschool program

• State licensed teachers

• Small class sizes of 12 students to two adults

• Research-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum

• Indoor and outdoor gross motor areas

• Solon kindergarten preparation

• Follows Ohio’s Early Learning and Developmental Standards
