Part Of Hawthorne Parkway Closing In Solon

SOLON, OH — Part of Hawthorne Parkway will be closed by the Cleveland Metroparks, Solon police announced. The closure will allow for freer movement of pedestrians along the road.

Hawthorne will be closed between SOM Center Road and Cannon Road. Local access to homes will be maintained but all other traffic will be prohibited.

"Visitors could encounter closures that will better allow for social distancing and responsible usage of the parks," a Cleveland Metroparks spokesperson told Patch.
