When officers pressed the issue and began questioning the man on whether or not there was marijuana in the car, the passenger pulled a bag from her purse. Inside the bag was marijuana, police said.
The driver was asked to get out of the car. Police searched him and found another bag of marijuana and a prescription pill bottle. One pill in the bottle did not match the label. The non-matching pill was determined to be Percocet. The driver told police the pill belonged to the woman in the passenger seat, but the driver added he had taken a Percocet earlier in the day for a toothache.
