Restaurant Workers Fight Each Other In Solon

SOLON, OH — Last week, two Chipotle employees got into a fight while working, according to police records. Security footage showed both workers attacking each other. Police have decided to not pursue charges against either staffer.

The fight happened September 10 during the dinner rush. Callers told police two employees were sparring at the Aurora Road restaurant. When officers arrived, they determined a 16-year-old girl and a 21-year-old woman had started arguing with each other, verbally. That spiraled into a physical confrontation.

Both the 16-year-old and the 21-year-old said the other person attacked them, according to police records. Officers reviewed the restaurant's security camera footage and discovered both employees had attacked each other.

Police decided not to pursue charges against either employee.

Chipotle will handle the situation internally, police said.
