Roofer Passes Out On Solon Roof, May Have Overdosed

Police believe a 33-year-old man who was revived with anti-overdose drug Narcan may have overdosed while working on a local home.

SOLON, OH — A roof repairman was seen unconscious on the roof of a Westminster Drive home on Nov. 25. Police believe the man may have overdosed. He was eventually revived by paramedics.

The incident took place at about 10:30 a.m. that Saturday. Callers reported seeing an unresponsive man on the roof of a house.

Officers arrived and saw a 33-year-old Cleveland man on the roof. He was unresponsive. Solon Paramedics were trying to treat the man.

Emergency forces were able to get the man off the roof using ladders. The man was rushed to Ahuja Medical Center in Beachwood.

The man was revived using Narcan, an anti-overdose drug.

This incident comes a few months after emergency forces revived a 23-year-old that may have overdosed while working at a Solon business. Police had revived another man about a month before then, as well.
