Western Reserve Safety Council to host 'Safety Leadership Responsibility - Words and Wisdom from a Safety Leader' program this November.

SOLON, OH - From Western Reserve Safety Council: Western Reserve Safety Council announces the next monthly program Safety Leadership Responsibility - Words and Wisdom from a Safety Leader, Wednesday, November 1, 11:30 a.m. at Mustard Seed Market & Café, 6025 Kruse Dr., Solon.Speaker, Billy Ring, Administrative and Technical Services of Miamisburg, OH, has found a universal misunderstanding of safety responsibilities that fall on employer’s shoulders. During safety audits, there is some variance on violation findings but generally speaking, the list never changes. This presentation takes those that are most always present and puts them out front for a closer look.
Billy has been doing industrial safety consulting and OSHA training, 10-hour and 30-hour courses for twenty years; writes, reviews and edits safety programs. With a career spanning, Captain of the City of Miamisburg Fire Department, HAZMAT team leader, certified paramedic, ED of Dayton/Miami Valley Safety Council, adjunct faculty of 4 organizations including Mid-America OSHA Education Center and former combat veteran, Billy understands the importance of safety starting from the top. He is owner Administrative & Technical Services, an Industrial safety, consulting and training service. Lessons learned from his 45-year career are clear because they actually happened, as did the culmination resulting in a financial penalty, disability, termination and/or cost recovery via civil lawsuit. He has given expert testimony in a court of law and will share his experiences on November, 1, Mustard seed Market & Café.
