Sexual Misconduct Gets Worker Arrested In Solon

Police took a 20-year-old man into custody and charged him with sexual imposition after he allegedly touched a coworker inappropriately.

SOLON, OH — Police arrested a 20-year-old Akron man for allegedly touching a female coworker inappropriately on March 22. That was one of two incidents at Solon workplaces police had to deal with in recent weeks.

At about 3 p.m. police were called to Cosmax, a production facility for cosmetic products. A 26-year-old female employee reported that a coworker had touched her inappropriately.

After a short investigation, police arrested a 20-year-old man from Akron. He has been charged with sexual imposition.

Four days later, on March 26, police were called to Interdesign, a home products company. A temporary employee was reportedly intoxicated and belligerent, according to police reports. The 37-year-old temp was refusing to leave the building.

Police arrested the man, a 37-year-old from Cleveland, and took him to Solon Jail. He has been charged with disorderly conduct. He was held on bond, according to Solon Police.
