Shoplifters Target Market District, Bath & Body Works In Solon

Police were able to capture two of the suspects and have video footage of three others.

SOLON, OH — Two people tried to steal more than $137 from Bath & Body Works on Kruse Drive, police said. The assistant manager of the store called police, saying the two suspected thieves had left the store and were walking across the parking lot.

Officers arrived shortly thereafter and grabbed one of the suspects, a Cleveland woman, while she was walking on the sidewalk. Stolen merchandise was found in the woman's purse, police said.

The woman's companion, an East Cleveland man, wasn't in the parking lot near Bath & Body Works. Officers searched the area and found the man walking through Cleveland BMW and arrested him.
