Sobbing Woman Gets Police Attention, Boyfriend Arrested In Solon
The boyfriend was intoxicated, agitated and eager to swear at officers, police said.

SOLON, OH — A woman crying on the sidewalk, wearing only shorts and a T-shirt in the cutting cold, caught the attention of police. The woman told officers she had been in an argument with her boyfriend and was now outside, avoiding him.
The woman was found outside Solon Motel, where a disturbance had been reported at 1:45 a.m. on Nov. 30. While officers were talking to the woman, her boyfriend came around the corner of the building and was clearly intoxicated, police said.
The man was agitated and aggressive and began swearing at officers. Police quickly took the man into custody and then investigated his room. The door to his motel room was damaged, police said.
