Solon Budget Bin Sale Runs Oct. 17-23

The community consignment sale provides funding for scholarships for Solon High students.

From Solon Schools: The Solon Council of PTAs’ annual Fall Budget Bin sale begins this week at its new location in the Arthur Road School gym. Running October 17-23, Budget Bin is a community consignment sale that provides the funding necessary for the many scholarships the Solon PTA awards to graduating seniors from Solon High School each year.

The fall sale, located at 33425 Arthur Road, offers a wide variety of new and gently used fall and winter clothing, toys, household items, baby necessities, books and videos, sporting equipment and more at bargain prices.

The Solon Council of PTAs receives 50 percent of the proceeds from the sale. These funds, along with the money raised during the spring sale, are placed in the Lois Gazeley Scholarship Fund, through which the Solon PTA Council awards college scholarships to Solon High School seniors.
