Solon Preschools Need Peer Models For Next Year

The district is holding two informational meetings on the preschool program in the coming week.

SOLON, OH — The Solon Schools are looking for children to join the district's preschool program as peer models.

"[Students] engage in center-based learning with peers that helps them develop empathy, learn and model school behaviors such as taking turns and participation, and gain confidence in a Solon school routine," the district said in a statement.

Children, ages 3 to 5, are needed for the program during the 2020-2021 school year. Kids have to be 3-years-old by June 1, 2020 to join the preschool.
