Kim Dailey has named the "Team Member of the Year", beating out 30,000 other employees.

From Longhorn Steakhouse: Kim Dailey, a team member at the LongHorn Steakhouse in Solon, Ohio, has been presented with the “Team Member of the Year” award, the company’s top honor for restaurant team members. Dailey is one of just four team members selected this year from the more than 30,000 LongHorn Steakhouse employees in North America, making this a truly prestigious honor.
