Solon's HDT Global Makes Major Acquisition

From HDT: HDT Global (HDT), a leading provider of highly engineered Proven Solutions for Extreme Environments across military, public and industrial sectors, announced today acquisition of the business and assets of Spec Ops, Inc. (SOI), a manufacturer and integrator of C4ISR platform systems for global military, emergency management, intelligence, security, first responder and civil preparedness professionals.
In operation for more than eight decades, HDT is the world leader in inventing, developing, and manufacturing expeditionary infrastructure systems for extreme environments. Known particularly for its state-of-the art, rapidly deployable shelter systems, HDT has been the provider of choice for complete, turnkey Command and Control (C2) infrastructure solutions since 2008. With this completed transaction, HDT expands its offering of expeditionary C2 and C4ISR platform systems to provide end users with the most comprehensive options on the market today.
