State Representative Marlene Anielski is hosting a free "Legislator for a Day" program on Monday, March 24th. The program will consist of a mock legislative voting session where students will get the opportunity to sit in the desks on the House floor, vote on legislation, and attend a VIP tour of the Statehouse, which includes getting a personal photo of where President Lincoln gave a speech. The day will end with student asking any additional questions while having lunch.
The program is open to students in grades K-6 and their parents who reside in the 6th House District. Students who are interested in participating are encouraged to contact Rep Anielski's office at (614) 644-6041 or Rep06@ohiohouse.gov for more information.
