Throwback Thursday: Solon's Old Schoolhouse

Take a peek into the past and see what Solon looked like more than a century ago.

SOLON, OH - As part of a new, ongoing feature, Patch is partnering with the Solon Historical Society to bring you a weekly look into the city's past. This is the second installment of the series.

This week's image is of the red brick schoolhouse that was built in 1868 and demolished in 1908. The building was located between Solon, SOM Center, and Bainbridge Roads. Feel free to share any thoughts or memories that the photo evoked on the Patch Facebook page, or in the comments below.
