CLEVELAND, OH (FEBRUARY 23, 2016)Time Warner Cable is looking to increase its customer service, retail sales specialists and field technician workforce by more than 60 at its Garfield Heights, Lorain Mentor, Maple Heights, Ohio City and Strongsville, Ohio operations due to continued growth.

“We are looking to fill a number of new and existing positions in our Cleveland office, which provides many employment opportunities for this region of the state,” said John Higgins, Area Vice President, Operations, NE Ohio Division, at Time Warner Cable. “This increase in our workforce for 2016 represents our latest investment in the tools and technologies, including TWC Maxx, that will help improve our customers’ experience with us.”

Launched in 2014, TWC Maxx will transform the customer experience with ultra-fast Internet speeds, state-of-the-art TV services and best-in-class reliability. TWC Maxx will be implemented in the Cleveland, Ohio market in 2016.

To begin scouting potential candidates for the new positions a hiring event will take place Thursday, February 25 from 4 p.m.to 7 p.m. at Holiday Inn Independence, 6001 Rockside Road, Independence, Ohio.

During the event, candidates will have the opportunity to meet hiring leaders, recruiters, associates and assess the company culture, while learning about hours, pay, training, and job responsibilities. Candidates who have successfully sold themselves will be invited for a final interview.
