Week 8 High School Football Rankings: Where is Solon?
The Ohio High School Athletic Association ranks the top 12 teams in each division and each region across the state.

SOLON, OH - It's starting to seem that the Comets are stuck in neutral, despite continuing their winning ways. Despite beating Strongsville last week, Solon remains in the fifth spot in the OHSAA rankings.
Solon shut out Strongsville, winning 30 to 0. The Comets will take on Elyria on Friday.
The top five teams in the region remain the same this week, despite Massillon Jackson taking its first defeat of the season. The big movement occurred just outside the top five, with Cleveland Heights jumping from the ninth spot to the sixth. Heights was aided by the massive tumble of Canton GlenOak, which lost another game moving them to 4 and 3 on the season.
