SOLON, OH — Police pulled over a car for speeding on US 422, but found a sobbing woman, who claimed she had been kidnapped, in the driver's seat.

The incident happened Tuesday night, at approximately 11 p.m., according to Solon Police. A patrolling officer spotted a car on US 422 that had committed numerous lane violations and was speeding, so he pulled the vehicle over. When the officer approached the car, he found a woman crying in the driver's seat.
