Women Cited For Yelling, Swearing At Solon Marc's

SOLON, OH — Two women got into a verbal fight at Marc's after their grocery carts collided in the store, Solon police records show. Officers ended up citing two women for disorderly conduct.

The fight happened Monday, July 22 at about 5:15 p.m. Officers were sent to the Marc's on SOM Center Road after a caller said a fight had broken out between two women in the store. Police arrived and spoke to both women and witnesses.

Investigators believe both women were shopping when their carts crashed into each other. Instead of moving on, the two women began insulting each other and swearing. As the duo moved toward the checkout area, the two women continued to yell and curse at each other and were making inappropriate comments in front of a large group of people.

Officers finished their investigation and cited a 42-year-old Solon woman and a 35-year-old Beachwood woman for disorderly conduct.
