The first concert of the Stow Symphony Orchestra's 17th season is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Saturday October 4, 2014, at the auditorium of the Stow-Munroe Falls High School.
The concert, with Music Director and Condustor Darrell L. Music presiding, features:
- Felix Mendelssohn's Hebrides Overture with Alexander Popovici conducting
- Mozart's Horn Concerto No. 4, K. 495 with Matthew Mauro, horn soloist
- Essay No. 1 for Orchestra by Samuel Barber, and
- Edward Elgar's Enigma Variation
