5 Things to Know About Monday's Public Meetings

Three City Council Members and the mayor return from a trip to and several committees gather for the regularly scheduled Monday evening meetings.

Here are five things to know about tonight:

1. Tonight the planning, roads and safety and Committee-of-the-Whole are scheduled to meet.
2. The planning committee is the first to meet and begins at 5:30 p.m. atin Council Chambers.
3. An executive session is scheduled during the Committee-of-the-Whole for "a personal matter regarding arbitration."
4. The Roads and Safety Committee is expected to discuss construction of a drainage ditch on Hile Road.
5. During the Planning Committee, the planning director and economic development coordintor will give their reports.
