Police promise a visible presence and added safety planning as council moves toward a public hearing on the proposal, which could reshape the area into a dining and entertainment district.
• E-bike and e-scooter are 'so much fun.' But are they safe? (centredaily.com) — E-bikes and e-scooters are becoming more common around Summit County, and a rider who grew up in Stow says they've helped him ride farther and more often. Local doctors, however, warn of rising crash injuries and urge better helmets, gear, and caution around traffic and pedestrians, especially as higher-powered models reach higher speeds.
