LIONS CLUB'S ANNUAL FLOWER SALE

A Mother's Day gift has become a little easier to find each year thanks to the Stow-Munroe Falls Lions Club.

Conducting their 18th Annual Mother's Day Flower Sale, these Lionmembers will be offering assortments of 10" hanging baskets and potted plants of manyflowering varieties on .

As in previous years, the plants will be displayed for purchase in front of on Darrow Road/Route 91 in Stow.

The Lion members are once again dedicating this yearly event to Lion Harry Boos, a clubmember who chaired this sale every year since its inception.

Lion Harry, who passed away lastyear, was very knowledgeable of plants and which always benefited the club's sales. Themembers are grateful that Lion Harry taught his expertise to the club so that they can carry onthis annual traditional event.

The Lions are able to maintain their support to the Ohio Lions Pilot Dog Program; twolocal eye banks; scholarships to local graduating high school seniors; holiday food baskets; andother contributions within both communities of Stow and Munroe Falls.
