Craigslist Case: Rafferty Waives Hearing, Could Face Life in Prison
The Stow teen charged in the crimes dubbed the 'Craigslist killings' has agreed to waive a hearing and have charges against him merged in adult felony court, his attorney said Monday.

Brogan Rafferty, the now 17-year-old who , has waived a hearing and agreed to have his charges merged in Summit County Court.Β
According to Rafferty's Attorney John Alexander, the teen will waive his right to a hearing on being tried as an adult Wednesday, which means the teen could face life in prison.Β
Alexander said that would clear the way for juvenile court charges in the deaths of two men to be merged with adult charges originally from Noble County in the death of a third man and an attack on a fourth victim.
