CrossFit Akron North host free Veterans Day workout to benefit Team Red, White and Blue!

CrossFit Akron North hosts free Veteran’s Day Workout

CrossFit Akron North invites you to support our Veterans this year on Veterans Day.  Team Red White & Blue is a non profit organization enriching the lives of Veterans and their families through physical and social activities centered on fitness.  Our facility will be hosting a FREE WOD for Warriors workout at 6:30pm on November 11 open to everyone wanting to support out Veterans. CrossFit Akron North is located at 1531 Commerce Drive in Stow.  
WOD for Warriors is a workout specifically designed to honor our nation’s warriors and build community around our Veterans.
