The city is seriously considering revising ordinances preventing commercial properties moving into residential area's so that Marhofer can demolish 3 homes and many century old trees to expand his parking lot. There are many vacant commercial properties in Stow to suit his needs, however, more costly than paying off a few homeowner's. We have a quiet street that our children play on. We don't want an auto mile. If approved, this will set a dangerous precedent within our city. Your neighborhood could be next. Please help our street and our city by attending the meeting to show your support. Thank you!
