Girl Kicks in Park Building Window to Retrieve Bookbag

A 15-year-old Stow girl was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with criminal damaging after kicking in a window at a city building in Oregon Trail Park, according to Stow Police.
A Stow Parks and Recreation Department, route: {:controller=>"listings", :action=>"show", :id=>"city-of-stow-parks-and-recreation-department-urban-forestry-3"} --> employee called police at 5:14 p.m. that day to report that the girl had broken a window at the building next to
