Wallet Returned to Owner  A wallet was found by a woman in Munroe Falls that had a Stow man's drivers license in it Dec. 9. The woman dropped the wallet off at the police department with a note about where she found it. called the owner to let him know that his wallet had been found. He later picked up his wallet at the station. Tires Dumped on Private Property On Dec. 13, Stow Police were informed that about 50 used construction tires were dumped in a field on a company's property at 4700 Hudson Dr. Illegal dumping is a fourth-degree misdemeanor.
