Help Build a Stow School in Mali
Until Feb. 3, $1 wristbands will be sold to help raise money to build a school in Mali, Africa.
Your change could contribute to changing the education the children receive in Mali, Africa.
The students at are selling $1 bracelets with all of the proceeds going to help build a Stow school in Mali through African Sky, a charity founded by .
Fourth grade Fishcreek student Isaac White saw that the high school was raising money for a Stow school and was convinced he could raise some funds at his school as well. The ultimate goal is to raise $12,000.

"He recruited three other friends to help him organize and advertise for the fundraiser," said his mother, Anne White.
The goal is to raise at least $300, because that's how many wristbands they have to sell.

The wristbands will be for sale every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from now until Feb. 3 in the hallways at Fishcreek during lunch time.
There's potential to raise more than $300 though if all of the wristbands sell because each classroom is collecting spare change.
Each classroom will collect change in a jar and the room with the most money collected by Feb. 6 will get a pizza party.
Don't have a student at Fishcreek but want to contribute to the cause?
Donations may be directly made online or by sending checks made out to Anne White with "Mission Mali" in the memo line to the school at 5080 Fishcreek Rd.
