Intoxicated Man Pulls Down Pants at McDonalds, Hospitalized

The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A employee called Jan. 12 after a homeless man pulled his pants down while he was at the front counter and told one of the managers that he didn’t feel well, said police.

The man did not expose himself, as he had a pair of sweatpants on underneath his pants, according to the report.

Two officers responded at around 9 p.m. and reported the man was β€œslurring his words and had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming off his breath.”

The officers said the man had a hard time standing up and was escorted to an ambulance. He was transported to for a complaint of heart problems.

Public intoxication is a minor-misdemeanor.Β
