received a call because of a fight with baseball bats on Echo Valley Drive May 28. When officers arrived, they were able to break up the fight. No one was harmed, according to the report. The two people involved declined to press charges against one another. The suspect left with his mother, police said. The victim is a 28-year-old man from Stow.  Assault, in this situation, is a first-degree misdemeanor.
