Photos: Man Driving Drunk Crashes into Tree with Young Daughter in Car

A Garfield Heights man was arrested and charged for drunk driving after crashing into a tree with his four-year-old daughter in the car June 12.
Abram Brandon Russell Stransky, 23, was charged for child endangerment, an OVI, criminal mischief, a hit-skip and failure to control β all misdemeanor charges.

OfficersΒ responded to a call about an accident on Mac Drive at 3:36 a.m. Stranskyβs car hit a tree so hard that it was uprooted and the front end of his car was totaled.
After crashing, the driver left the scene of the accident with his four-year-old daughter and walked down the road.Β

After searching Mac Drive, police found the driver and his daughter down the road from the accident, according to the report. Police said the four-year-old had a cut on her head because of the crash.
