Unfortunately, it wasn't birds attacking the patio on Kent Road, but a report of someone smearing feces on a window and a table July 1. A Kent Road resident told that someone smeared feces on a sliding glass window and a glass patio table with a leaf. Two days later, another Kent Road resident told police that feces was smeared on her car's windshield.   Disorderly conduct is a minor-misdemeanor and criminal mischief is a third-degree misdemeanor.
