Police: Man Passed Out in Car, a Flasher and Vandalism

The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A woman called because a man passed out in her car July 26 around 7 p.m. while traveling south down S.R. 8.

When police responded to the call, they found syringes and white residue in the car. Having drug abuse instruments is a first-degree misdemeanor and possession of heroin is a fifth-degree felony.

  • A woman from the Stow Mobile Home Village off of Orchard Drive told police the playground area was vandalized sometime between July 23 and July 25. Words were drawn with chalk on the back of a building, a wooden playground set and four sections of plastic lattice were destroyed. Total damage is estimated at $400. Criminal mischief is a third-degree misdemeanor.
  • A woman living in the Mac Drive apartments told police a man pulled down the front of his pants in front of her, exposing his genitals in a common area of the apartment complex July 21. Public indecency is a fourth-degree misdemeanor.
