Polls Open for Stow Special Election

It's election day in Stow. Here's a quick reference guide to everything you need to know Aug. 2:

• The polls open at 6:30 a.m. and close at 7:30 p.m. Not sure where to vote? The Summit County Board of Education offers a quick online way to find your .

A for the district and would cost the owner of $100,000 home:

• $201.21 annually
• $100.60 for half a year
• $16.77 a month
• 55 cents a day

The first collection would be in 2012.
