Video: Another Pre-Trial Hearing Scheduled in Dump Truck Case
The pre-trial hearing is in juvenile court after Judge Linda Tucci Teodosio ruled that the youth would not be tried as an adult in March.
A second pre-trial hearing is scheduled for the Stow youth who Β and took police from , Cuyahoga Falls, Akron and the Ohio State Highway Patrol on a 52-mile high speed chase.

- Three counts of felonious assault on an officer (first-degree felony); failure to comply and willfully fleeing (third-degree felony); and three counts of vandalism (fourth-degree felony).
Canton police charges:

- One felony count of assault against a police officer and failure to comply.
