Rezoning Requests Are Focus of Public Hearings Monday

Stow City Council members have a busy evening on tap, starting with back-to-back public hearings that begin at 5:30 p.m. today at . The hearings will be followed by several committee meetings.

The public hearings will address rezoning requests made by Christ Community Chapel for the Wingard and Doctor properties at 3904 and 3878 Kent Road and an unrelated request for rezoning the Miholer property at 2091 Graham Road.

Even more rezoning requests will be discussed during council's planning committee meeting, set to follow the public hearings. David Brandon has submitted rezoning requests for 3403 and 3493 Kent Road, 3496 Williamson and for two small parcels west of 3403 Kent Road.
