The woman said the man told her to move her car or he was going to hit it. When the light turned green, the male quickly took off, striking the woman's Cadillac and taking off the mirrors for both cars, according to the report. The woman did not get a license plate number, but the car was described as a black Nissan. Assault, in this situation, is a first-degree misdemeanor.
