The DECA Club at Stow-Munroe Falls High School held their annual “Hoops 4 a Cause” staff vs. student basketball game on Tuesday, November 25, in the high school gym. The event was organized to raise money to build a “Stow School” in Mali, Africa. The staff won the game; but, the real winners are the children in Mali, Africa, who are waiting to have their “Stow School” built so they can have an actual building to attend in order to receive their education. DECA, Interact, the Foreign Language Clubs, and Stow’s other district schools have all donated to this great cause throughout the last three years. For more information on this international project please visit the website Africansky.org.
