The 2011 board said Bulgrin "exceeded" all of the goals except for Operations, Support Services and Facilities — which was also marked as "met."
"I am so pleased with the evaluation outcome as we were faced with many challenges due to the district's need for the passage of the new levy," said Bulgrin. "A prevalent challenge has been and remains in the areas of Operations, Support Services and Facilities due to the reduction in staffing and the district's past financial constraints."
