Everyone is invited to attend the Switching Gears – Active Transportation Conference on Thursday, June 26. It will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be speakers in the morning, followed by a box lunch and workshops in the afternoon. Afterwards, you can enjoy the first Bike-N-Brainstorm of the season with a spin around downtown Akron. Space is limited, so register early!
The Akron Metropolitan Area Transportation Study (AMATS) invites you to participate in Switching Gears Akron - Active Transportation Conference on June 26. Learn how to increase walking, biking and transit in your community, and leverage it to create vibrant spaces and neighborhoods. The Conference will highlight successful grassroots efforts, as well as advocacy and policy level actions to enhance and transform your community.
