Update: Man Who Met Fictitious 14-Year-Old Sentenced to Probation, Fined
The 27-year-old from Stow was also ordered to pay a fine.

Trevor Wozniak, the Stow man who pleaded guilty to charges stemming from meeting a fictitious 14-year-old girl with a condom, received two years of probation May 1, according to the Summit County Prosecutor's Office.
Judge Pamela Barker also finedΒ him $1,000.

On Aug. 15, Wozniak posted an advertisementΒ indicating "he was looking for fun" and that he did not discriminate against "age, race, or size," according to the prosecutor's office.
That same day in August, an investigator with the prosecutor's office and the Ohio ICAC Task Force responded toΒ Wozniak's Craigslist advertisement posing as a 14-year-old female.

After several emails,Β WozniakΒ made arrangements to meet the made up 14-year-old female for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity, the prosecutor's office said.
WozniakΒ was arrested at the meet location with a condom in his back pocket, according to officials.
On April 2, WozniakΒ pleaded guilty to one count of attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and one count of possessing criminal tools.
