A couple walked out of <a href="https://stow.patch.com/listings/target-222" rel="noopener" target="_blank">Target </a>and found a disturbing image drawn on the woman's car windows Feb. 19. <a href="https://stow.patch.com/listings/stow-safety-center-police-and-fire-departments" rel="noopener" target="_blank">Stow Police</a> got a call from the man reporting a male reproductive organ was drawn on two windows of his girlfriend's car.   The vehicle was parked in the Target parking lot around 5:30 p.m. The man was able to wash off the drawings, according to the report. Criminal mischief is a third-degree misdemeanor in this situation.
