3 Men Arrested In Ohio, Indicted For Reentering US
Immigration and Customs Enforcement and US Borders Patrol arrested three men in North Olmsted, Brecksville, and Brooklyn.

NORTH OLMSTED, OH - Three men have been indicted for illegally reentering the United States, Acting U.S. Attorney David A. Sierleja said in a statement. One of the men is a 26-year-old who was found in North Olmsted.
Sierleja says Pedro Aceves-Barajas, 26, from Mexico, was previously deported on June 21, 2016. He was recently found in North Olmsted and indicted.
The other two men who were recently arrested by law enforcement are Francisco Raul Yanez-Botello, 42, from Mexico, and Jorge Luis Ortiz, 41, from the Dominican.

Yanez-Botello was last deported on July 31, 2012. He was found by police in Brecksville.
Ortiz was last deported in 2011 after being convicted of an aggravated felony. He was recently found in Brooklyn.

The cases are not related to one another. The Botello and Ortiz cases were investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Department of Homeland Security. The Barajas case was investigated by the United States Border Patrol, Department of Homeland Security.
