8 Must-Know Dates For Strongsville Parents, Students

Find out when Spring Break and other key events will take place in Strongsville.

STRONGSVILLE, OH — March is here, hopefully bringing a spring warm-up and longer days. It's also a new month for Strongsville families and community members to partake in the many events coming to the school district.

Spring Break will be held March 25 through March 29 in the school district, so parents will want to plan on having their children home during that week. There will also be an early release day on March 22, preceding the break.

Here are the must-know events coming up in the Strongsville Schools:

  • Rockin' at the Rec Dance (6th-8th graders) — March 15
  • Magic Show at Strongsville High at 7 p.m. — March 15 — Magician Rick Smith, Jr. will bring his show, including world-class illusions, NBA dancers, and more to Strongsville. Tickets are $20-$25.
  • Kindergarten Registration Week — March 18-22
  • All-City Orchestra Concerts at Strongsville High at 7 p.m. — March 19 and March 20
  • All-City Choir Concert at Strongsville High at 7 p.m. — 21
  • Harlem Wizards Basketball Game at Strongsville High at 4 p.m. — This event was originally scheduled to be held in January but had to be rescheduled due to weather. Now the community can finally see the Wizards take on a team of Strongsville Schools staff and teachers. Tickets are $10-$12. Residents that had tickets to the original game can use those to get into the event.
