$950,000 Repaving Project Opens To Bidding In Strongsville

The school district wants to repave the driveways and parking lots of each of its elementary schools.

STRONGSVILLE, OH — An estimated $950,000 repaving project at the Strongsville Schools has been opened to bidding. The school district wants to repave the driveways and parking lots at each of its elementary schools, according to a district spokesperson.

Bids will be accepted until April 26, when the district will unseal the bids and read them aloud. The bids must be submitted in opaque, sealed envelopes.

The district has five elementary schools: Chapman, Whitney, Surrarrer, Kinser, and Muraski. A pre-bid meeting for the project was held Tuesday at the district's Administrative Offices.

The project would take place over the summer. Presumably, each project would be completed before school started again for the 2018-2019 school year.

A copy of the bid notice was posted publicly on the district's website and is available for viewing by clicking here.
