Accused "Molly" Distributor Arrested In North Royalton
The Department of Justice said the man faces a four-count indictment in federal court for distribution of controlled substances.
NORTH ROYALTON, OH — A 37-year-old North Royalton man was indicted in federal court this week for conspiring to distribute "Molly." Robert Przybylski faces a four-count indictment for allegedly trying to distribute controlled substances.
The Department of Justice said that Przbylski allegedly worked with other people to try and obtain N-ethyl Pentylone and N-ethyl Norpentylone, Schedule I analogue drugs, commonly sold on the street as Molly. He's accused of trying to obtain the narcotics starting in September 206.
By October 2016, the Department of Justice said, Przbylski had allegedly obtained 46 grams of N-ethyl Norpentylone. On Oct. 4, 2016 he allegedly tried to get a kilogram of N-ethyl Norpentylone. Then, on July 10, 2017, he allegedly tried to obtain N-ethyl Pentylone.

The investigation into the 37-year-old is being led by Homeland Security and the Medina County Drug Task Force, the Department of Justice said.
