Brunswick Man Charged With Having 9 Hard Drives of Child Pornography
The man also allegedly had two computers and seven USB storage devices filled with child pornography.

BRUNSWICK, OH - A Brunswick man is facing charges related to child pornography, says Carole Rendon, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio. The man's charges were announced on Friday.
Scott Wroten, 53, of Brunswick, has been charged with receiving and possessing child pornography. The indictment says that on approximately May 20, 2011 through late August 2016, Wroten knowingly received computer files containing child pornography.
Wroten also allegedly had a Lenovo computer loaded with child pornography. In addition to the Lenovo, Wroten also had a Dell computer, seven USB storage devices, and nine external hard drives, each loaded with child pornography.

A collaboration among various police departments led to Wroten's arrest. The Brunwick Police Department, Wickliffe Police Department, the Cleveland office of the Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force all took part in the investigation.
This case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Michael A. Sullivan.
