Here are the top three stories today in Strongsville:

1. Strongsville's Don's Pomeroy House will be participating in Cleveland Restaurant Week. The promotional week will be from Nov. 1 through Nov. 12. This is Cleveland Restaurant Week's 15th year celebrating Northeast Ohio's independent restaurants. Click the following link for the full list of participating restaurants. 2. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has identified the individual who drowned at Wallace Lake on Sunday afternoon. Strongsville's James L Ottobre, 36, was recovered from the lake and transported to Southwest General Hospital. Witnesses report that the drowning occurred when his kayak overturned. 3. So far, 1,544 ballots have been cast during Cuyahoga County's early voting. When compared to the 2018 midterm election, this year's ballots indicate a significant increase in voter participation. Early in-person weekend voting begins on Saturday, Oct. 29, at Cuyahoga County Board of Elections offices. (Cleveland 19)
