Here are the top three stories today in Strongsville:
- Strongsville's Don's Pomeroy House will be participating in Cleveland Restaurant Week. The promotional week will be from Nov. 1 through Nov. 12. This is Cleveland Restaurant Week's 15th year celebrating Northeast Ohio's independent restaurants. Click the following link for the full list of participating restaurants. - The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has identified the individual who drowned at Wallace Lake on Sunday afternoon. Strongsville's James L Ottobre, 36, was recovered from the lake and transported to Southwest General Hospital. Witnesses report that the drowning occurred when his kayak overturned. - So far, 1,544 ballots have been cast during Cuyahoga County's early voting. When compared to the 2018 midterm election, this year's ballots indicate a significant increase in voter participation. Early in-person weekend voting begins on Saturday, Oct. 29, at Cuyahoga County Board of Elections offices. (Cleveland 19)
