Concrete Pouring Could Cause Delays on Pearl Road this Weekend

Crews are trying to catch up on the project and will take any opportunity they can to pour concrete, including on the weekends, Mayor Tom Perciak said.

That includes this coming weekend.

"If everything falls in a line, we may be pouring this Friday, Saturday and Sunday," Perciak said.

And that could mean delays for shoppers trying to run their weekend errands. Concrete needs to be poured from north.

Perciak is urging residents to be understanding about any delays as work crews play catch-up after the rainy spring.

"Go shopping, but be prepared to wait and please have some patience," he said.
